Tenant Check Ireland is an easy to use
online system to list or check the history
of a potential tenant.
The information available is directly linked
to a particular tenants previous history
therefore providing the best indication on
how they are likely to behave in the future.
This relevant information differentiates
Tenant Check Ireland from other credit
referencing services available today.
Tenant profiles are calculated by a system
of 20 multiple choice questions which are
specific to their past performance. These
profiles are then expressed as a percentage
within 4 risk assessment catagories.
There is no subjective or opinion based
information in the system, just hard facts.
The Process
First you must sign up.
Only letting agents, property managers,
accommodation providers and private
landlords may become a member. We operate
strict vetting procedures in order to
maximise the integrity of the system.
Once your account has been approved and
activated you can enter your secure member
area where you can use our full range of
services.
